Biography

Mr. Bachman has served as a director since November 2019 and our Lead Independent Director since June 2026. Mr. Bachman has been an outside director for various public companies since his retirement in 2015. From 1978 to 2015, Mr. Bachman was a certified public accountant at the accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, most recently as a partner. Mr. Bachman previously served as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of The Children’s Place, a children’s clothing store, as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Recharge Acquisition Corp, and as a director and member of the Audit Committee and Finance Committee of WEX, Inc. In addition to his public company director experience, Mr. Bachman brings extensive financial and accounting expertise, as well as business strategy and oversight experience from serving in leadership roles for one of the world’s largest accounting firms.
