Biography

Mr. Ragatz has served as a Senior Advisor at Hellman & Friedman LLC, a private equity firm, since February 2023. A 20+ year member of the firm, he previously served as a Partner of Hellman & Friedman from 2008 through early 2023 leading the firm’s efforts to invest in the consumer, retail and industrial sectors. He currently serves as Chairman and a member of the board of directors of Snap One Holdings Corp. He also serves as lead outside director and as a member of the audit and compensation committees of Wand TopCo Inc. (d/b/a Caliber Collision) and At Home Group, Inc., both private H&F portfolio companies.  Mr. Ragatz served as our Chairman of the Board from October 2014 through December 2022 and currently serves as our Lead Independent Director. Mr. Ragatz has significant strategic, financial, and business development expertise, along with insight into the proper functioning and role of corporate boards of directors, gained through his years of service on the boards of directors of H&F’s portfolio companies.
